Relatives and friends are invited to send in for publication in this column, news of interest concerning the boys who are serving in the Army, Navy, Marines or Coast Guard. Addresses of all service men are also wanted. Letters to this newspaper from service men will be published.

S 2-C Calvin Mitchem, son of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Mitchem, is taking a three months' course at Signalman School. His address is Section S-1-3, Bks. 607, U. S., USNTS, Service School, Great Lakes, Ill.

Eddie Seagle, M 3-C, will return to Bainbridge, Md., today after a short leave spent here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Craig Seagle.

Pvt. John F. Murphy, Jr., spent the week end here with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Murphy. His new address is Permanent Cadre, ASN Training Unit, Fort Jackson, S. C.

The address of Fred Elliott Jarrett, A-S, U. S. N., is Co. 97, U. S. N. T., Great Lakes, Ill. Seaman Jarrett is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Jarrett, of this city.

Pvt. Charlie R. Blalock, who has been in North Africa, has been transferred to Italy, according to word received by relatives here. His APO number is 464.
