Talladega Pres. To Speak In N.Y.

Dr. Arthur D. Gray, president, Talladega College, will give one of the major addresses at the Women's Division, National Biennial Convention of the American Jewish Congress on Wednesday, April 11, 1955 at 8:00 p. m. in New York City. The meeting will be held in the Biltmore Hotel. The general theme of the convention is 'Man's Right to Knowledge and his Responsibility for Its Use." Dr. Gray will speak on the subject "Education for Free Men" --covering the right of all men to equally receive an education and the whole question of integration as a condition to such equality of opportunity. Judge Justine Wise Polier of New York City is president of the Women's Division of the American Jewish Congress.
