The recent editorial on inadequate street lighting and the scarcity of shade trees has prompted other observations from our readers.

It has been pointed out that shopping around our center, especially in high heels, is a task requiring stamina and dexterity in avoiding loose stones on the streets, uneven curbings and walking along sidewalks with a variety of widths and elevations.

There would be more of an inducement for the people to window shop here it not a requirement to be skillful or adroit as to where you place your feet.
