Arbitraries Removed.
AUGUSTA, Ga., Aug. 27.—The executive committee of the Southeastern Tariff association has given formal notice of the removal of the 15 per cent arbitraries from Augusta's fire insurance rates. The notice came in the form of a communication to J. Miller Robertson, stamp clerk, to remove the rate and rebate the 15 per cent paid on all policies issued since Aug. 1.
