VIRGINIA.

Danville, January 21.--The Supreme Court of Appeals has sustained the act of the Hustings Court and the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania, under which Dock Wright will be hung, unless the Governor interferes. In February last Wright, in a fight between Joe. Wright and Ostin Adkins, at a county store, rushed into the crowd of by-standers and, with a gun stock broke the hand of one man, the arm of another and killed J. C. Arthur. Dock was found guilty of murder in the Hustings Court and a writ of error in the Circuit Court.
