Governor Reeder, of Kansas.--
Easton Pa. April 30.--The Hon. A. H. Reeder, governor of Kansas, arrived here to-day from the West, and met with a very enthusiastic reception from his friends and neighbors. He reached Phillipsburg at noon and was there met and escorted to the court-house square, in Easton, by a large concourse of citizens, of all parties, accompanied by the Easton band. On arriving at the court house, Governor Reeder was welcomed by the citizens with hearty cheers, and a formal welcome then extended to him in an eloquent and impressive speech by the Hon. J. M. Porter, who complimented Governor Reeder on the manly and courageous, as well as able manner, in which he had discharged the duties of his difficult and responsible office.
