America Can Insist On Restoration of Silver

Half the world's population knows no money but silver.
Sixty years ago the international bankers of London and Berlin, thinking to bring Asia and America permanently under the yoke of Europe, decided to abolish silver as money, and to make gold the only world-wide measure of value.
America permitted the degradation of silver in 1873, and again in the '90's, because her juvenile statesmen didn't know what it was all about. Today America is in a different position, a position which permits her to insist that silver be restored to its rightful parity with gold in the world's coinage, and that belated justice be done the people of the Orient and Latin America.
Only by the restoration of silver will the purchasing power of more than half the world's population be restored.
Only when this power is restored can the Western nations resume their exports of foodstuffs, lumber, minerals and manufactured goods.
And incidentally, only by restoring silver can the spread of bolshevism from Red Russia be prevented from sweeping over all Asia and Central Europe. Unless India and China are rescued from their present misery, the day is coming when the masses of Asia, spurred on by Soviet propaganda, will resolve to wipe the white man off the earth.
