Horticultural Exhibition.

The annual exhibition of the Concord Horticultural Society, will be held in Phenix Hall, next week, commencing Wednesday, 24, and continuing through Thursday and Friday, 25th and 26th. It is hoped that our citizens will bring in liberally of the fruits of the earth which they have raised this year, even though they may not be equal in all respects to the specimens of former years. Every season is not alike productive, and persons who can coax good specimens of fruit from Nature in her off year, should by all means, give the public the opportunity of knowing their success, as an encouragement for others to go and do likewise. There ought to be a good vegetable show and flower display, for Nature has yielded bountifully in these lines this season. If all will contribute the best specimens of their fields and gardens, a grand display will be made, and one creditable alike to our citizens and the Society.
