Hague, Sept. 14. The great Number of Ministers, and those of the ablest Kind, which the Court of Versailles is sending to the several Courts and States of the Empire, manifestly proves, how desirous the Most Christian King is, that the Election of a King of the Romans should not succeed in Favour of the House of Austria, and its Allies: And all our Letters from Vienna, and other Places in the Interest of the Imperial Court, confirm, that they are under great Apprehension of seeing that important Affair take a quite different Turn to what was expected it would, before the Change of the Elector of Cologne in Favour of the opposite Party.
