That Bonaparte has formed the most extensive designs upon Prussia, and amongst them, that he has determined to revolutionize Poland, is strongly to be presumed from the fact, that he has organised a Legion of the North, two thirds of whose officers are to consist of Poles, and that he has held out an encouragement to all Polish deserters who may repair to the various points where the army may be stationed, and who are to be conducted to Landau, the general rendezvous of this new Legion. Nothing is more probable than that Bonaparte will revolutionize every part of Poland, not only that portion which belongs to Prussia, but those which are attached to Russia and Austria ; that a new Government will there be established, not independent of France but connected by the principle of Confederation; and that Jerome Bonaparte may become the titular King of Poland.

It is well known that the celebrated Kosciusko has been residing for some time in Paris ; and it becomes an interesting problem, what part he will play in this new drama.
