Miss Francis Robertson of Baton Rouge has been selected by the Woman's Committee of the State Council of National Defense to go through the State as its representative, getting in touch with the chairmen of the various Parishes and through them with the women in the State to urge the necessity of registration on Oct. 17th.
Explaining and answering questions propounded by women all over the State with regard to the work of the Council of National Defense and women's work in connection therewith will be the work she will undertake as soon as possible.
