The Rev. Mr. Entick, Mr. Arthur Beardmore, and his Clerk, and Messrs. Wilson and Fell, have given Notice to the Right Hon. the Earl of Halifax, in pursuance of the Act of Parliament of the 24th of the late King, on which the Bill of Exceptions last Week exhibited at Guildhall, on the Trial of the Journeymen Printers, is founded, that they shall bring their several Actions against his Lordship and the Messengers, for their Imprisonments, on Account of several Numbers of the Monitor, concerning which no Prosecutions having been carried on. Their several Recognizances were by the Court of King's Bench discharged the last Day of last Term.
