Will Not Effect Alamo Heights.

Mr. C. W. Ogden, vice-president of the Alamo Heights and Improvement company says:

"The assignment made in Denver by the Chamberlin Investment company will not effect the Alamo Heights and the Rapid Transit company here. The Chamberlin company was merely a stockholder and the failure of a stockholder can not effect the company here. They are doing an excellent and profitable business and will continue to do so. The Rapid Transit line is giving excellent service and its service is to be still further increased and improved. The failure of the Denver Chamberlin company will not effect either the Alamo Heights Land and Improvement company or the San Antonio Rapid Transit company, or the Washington Heights Land company."
