Prussian Military Manoeuvres. The grand manoeuvres of the Prussian troops, so long announced, commenced on the 13th, at Saint Goar, on the Rhine. They consisted, on that day, of the construction of a bridge of boats 425 feet long over the Rhine. It was completed in three hours. To test its solidity, bodies of troops and heavy baggage wagons were marched over it, and 600 men were made to stand in the middle of it, and to mark time by stepping. It remained perfectly firm in each experiment. It was afterwards taken to pieces with great rapidity.
