10,000 ATTEND NURSE MEETING
LOS ANGELES, June 22. (U.P.) Delegates to conventions of three national nursing organizations divided into groups today for section meetings after having assembled 10,000 strong last night in a tribute to Florence Nightingale.
The combined groups met in famed Hollywood Bowl at sundown for Memorial vesper services at which Annie W. Goodrich, Dean Emeritus of the Yale University nursing school and vice-president of the Florence Nightingale foundation, cited the courage and heroism of the famous English nurse.
