New Castle Railway.

A meeting of the Wilmington & New Castle Electric Railway Co. was held in Philadelphia yesterday week. Judge R. H. Koch of Pottstown, Pa., and J. J. Ridgeway and E. R. King of Philadelphia, resigned as directors, and Peter L. Cooper, Jr., and Peter J. Ford of this city, and Harry A. Richardson of Dover were elected as their successors. Judge Koch was vice president of the company, and one of the new directors is to be elected to that position at the next meeting of the board. It was thought advisable to have the interests of the Delaware stockholders represented. The board comprises President, F. H. Treat, H. H. Pearson, John G. Vogler and C. P. King of Philadelphia in addition to the new directors.
