Two more moonshiners accepted terms of Attorney General Devens' amnesty to-day, making a total of 42 who have taken advantage of it since offer of amnesty can neither pay costs nor bonds. There is a large class remain who are eager to comply with the terms but cannot secure them as required. Unless leniency is extended to them in the way of remitting the costs in all probability these poor fellows will have to pay off their fines through imprisonment. These moonshiners have so far been discharged merely as objects of pity. Two hundred
