Grand Mass Meeting at Dubuque.

—The loyal Union folks of Dubuque had a grand mass meeting the other day, which was addressed by Senator Trumbull, of Illinois, and Gov. Kirkwood and Senator Harlan, of Iowa.

There was great manifestation of enthusiasm in the gathered cohorts of the Union, and a fine display of flags and banners on the occasion.

At night the city was illuminated with bonfires and the crowd was addressed by E. W. Eastman, candidate for Lieutenant Governor, Rev. H. J. Kynett and Capt. Taft.

It was a grand day for the friends of the Union in that stronghold of K. G. C. Copperheads under the very noses of their chiefs—Jones and Mahony.
