BOSTON, SEPTEMBER 20.

YESTERDAY arrived the Hannah, Capt. Coffin, in 56 days from Amsterdam, who brings an account that the English fleet, under Hardy, were blocked up in Torbay, by a fleet of 54 sail of the French and Spanish line of battle ships. Thus, Lord North, instead of bringing America under the feet of Great Britain, you have been the happy means of reversing the scene, for which you (or your master) no doubt will soon receive your reward! On board the fleet, we hear, are 50,000 troops, who are to make a descent in the heart of England, whose King has issued a proclamation for removing all the horned cattle into the interior parts of his kingdom.
