Baptist Laymen Organize

Prof. J. H. Rohrabaugh, president and Lowell Pullen, secretary, are the head of a Laymans Society organized at the Baptist Church Sunday afternoon.

Short addresses were made by Rev. Ayres, Mr. Cook and Prof. Rohrabaugh. Paul Stoneking, G. T. Godfrey, Mesdames Greta Groves and Thomas Wilcher sang as a mixed quartett. Prof D. A. Cullen led the male choir of 24.

The society was organized to awaken delinquent members and aid the church in the work of evangelism. J. B. Pullen, Dike Dillon, Walter Hutchinson, G. T. Godfrey and C. Donee Cook was selected to map out the work of visiting those not attending and they meet Wednesday after prayer meeting.

A short meeting will be held Sunday at 2:30 for men. Come.
