ST. PIERRE (Martinico) Feb. 13.

Letters from Marseilles, of December 24th, mention, that the dockyards at Portsmouth were entirely consumed by fire.

Other letters of the 28th confirm the melancholy news, and intimate the loss at one million sterling. Amongst the valuable effects which have been destroyed, it is computed the rigging of at least 20 ships of the line. The letters from London, of the 18th and 21st of December, mention that the progress of the conflagration was not yet abated, on the 3d day after it began.
