The Voorhees Boom,

On Saturday evening, John Quigg, Joseph Hamilton, J. W. Watt, George Hannan, Frank Haley and Patrick Kennedy, of the Democratic Executive Committee, of this city, met at the city building and arranged for a free excursion from here over the Baltimore and Ohio railroad for next Wednesday, to take those to Bellaire who are desirous of hearing Senator Voorhees' speech. The train will leave the depot at 2 P. M. and the speaking will take place at 3 P. M. Beyond a doubt, this meeting will be the largest of the season. A full excursion will go down from here, and the country surrounding Bellaire will send up a large tale of men.
