Court of Appeals Meets.

The Darke county court of appeals convened here Wednesday with Judges Kunkle of Springfield, Ferneding of Dayton, and Allread of Columbus, on the bench. Judge Kunkle of Springfield, presiding. There are 12 cases on the docket, some of them old ones and the court will not probably complete its labors before Thursday. One of the cases assigned for hearing, among the last on the docket, is the quo warranto proceedings instituted by Prosecutor J. M. Hoel, to oust Dan H. Brown as treasurer of Darke county.
