GRAHAM TO ADDRESS INTERRACIAL MEET
Elizabeth City, Oct. 11.-President Frank P. Graham of the Greater University will be the feature speak- er, and Defense, Housing, Economic Adjustment, and Education will be the major topics, at the Regional Conference on Interracial Coopera- tion here Monday, October 14.
The completed program was an- nounced today by L. R. Reynolds, di- rector of the State Commission on Interracial Cooperation. This will be the first of six similar regional meetings over the State in October, he said.
