Transports for the second expedition to sail immediately for the Downs, rendezvous of the fleet; land forces: five regiments of foot and a draught of grenadiers from the guards. A third expedition preparing, ready in about three weeks, consisting of twenty sail of the line, frigates, and fire-ships, commanded by Sir EDWARD HAWKE.
