North Star Bakery Observes 1st Anniversary On Alaska Day

The North Star Bakery has a special reason to celebrate on Alaska Day, which is tomorrow, as it is the first anniversary of the opening of the shop.

To show their appreciation, the management—Betty, Ernie and Bob—are having open house tomorrow from two until four o'clock, during which time patrons and friends are invited to coffee and cookies.

The management has worked hard to provide Nome with a bakery, modern and efficient, and a coffee shop which has been well patronized during the year.
