Mrs. Robert Mills continues as a patient in the Retreat for the Sick Hospital. Moore's WSCS met with Mrs. Thelma Warriner Wednesday night with ten members present. Mrs. T. C. Beasley led the spiritual meeting and Miss Mary Sheppard led a very interesting program on The World Federation, which met in St. Louis, Mo, this year. Delicious home made cake and ice cream were served during the social hour. Mr. and Mrs. Armstead Harvie have had her parents as their recent guests. Mrs. Harold Murden is a patient at Stuart Circle Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Lawrence visited his brother, J. A. Lawrence and his wife Wednesday night. Miss Nellie Wilkerson, of Richmond, was a weekend guest of Miss Edith Barnard. Miss Helen Warriner, of Newport News, spent the weekend with her parents, the M. W. Warriners. Mrs. Jessie Gilliam, of Richmond, was a guest of her mother, Mrs. Mary Thomas Miller Sunday. The C. W. Wileys and E. C. Beasleys, of Richmond, were weekend guests of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Beasley. Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Felts visited in Powhatan Sunday. Miss Ramona Dodson returned to Richmond Sunday after a weekend with her family. Miss Florence Barnard, of Richmond, spent the weekend with her aunt, Mrs. Florence Dyle.
