Big Fire at Tullahoma.

Tullahoma was visited by a disastrous fire last Thursday night. The following are the losses:

Rutledge Brothers, variety store, loss $2,000 or $2,500 in stock. No insurance. Building owned by Dr. Faris, valued at $1,200.

Mrs. Ballet's millinery store destroyed; loss on stock $300 or $400-no insurance. Building owned by J. W. Harter, and worth $2,000.

J. W. Harter, general store: loss on stock $17,000. Harter owned the building, which was worth $2,000.

R. W. Jones, general store; loss on stock $12,000 or $15,000. Owned the building, valued at $2,000.

J. C. Bonner, saloon: loss on stock $400 or $500; on building $1,000.

G. A. Hawkins, grocery; loss on stock $1,000; loss on building, owned by J. W. Freeman, $1,000.

S. J. McLemore, grocery; loss on stock $2,500; on building, owned by R. H. Richardson, $1,000.

D. C. Faris, grocery; loss on stock $600 or $700; loss on building, owned by F. T. Burrier, $1,000.

T. J. Montgomery, saloon-loss on stock $1,000; loss on building, owned by F. T. Burrier, $1,500. Montgomery had an insurance of $2,000 on stock.

F. J. Davis, saloon, restaurant and billiard hall; loss on stock $2,000; on building, $1,800.

R. I. Mitchell, saloon--loss on stock $3,000; loss on building $8,000; insurance $5,000.

J. F. Maynard was the heaviest loser. His stock of dry goods valued at $25,000, was totally destroyed. He was insured for $10,000. He owned the building, which was valued at $2,500, on which there was no insurance.

The freight and passenger depots were destroyed.
