DECATUR
The Decatur school assembled Tuesday morning, Oct. 27, and gave the following Navy Day program:
Song—"Star Spangled Banner."
What Our Navy Does—Robert Wight.
The Navy of the U. S.—George Anderson.
Talk on Roosevelt—Mildred Patton.
Recitation—Herma Taylor.
History of the Flag—Gaye Barnette.
Recitation—Dina Mae Collins.
In Flanders Fields—Charles Oliver.
America For Me—Effie Rutherford.
Recitation—Myrtle Morgan.
Invictus—Carmonelle Collins.
The Flag Goes By—Robert Duskins.
God Save The Flag—Chester Oliver.
The Flag—Stanley Brumfield.
Pledge to the Flag—Sixth Grade.

The Decatur boys are planning to play a preliminary football game with the Pedro team, Friday.
