High School Air Course. Wins State Recognition

MIAMI, Fla. (A.P.)-The Miami senior high school course in aviation is the first to win recognition of the Florida board of education.

The course equips the student to take department of commerce examinations for a mechanic's license, and hour-credits are accepted by the state board on a parity with academic courses.

The course gives instruction in the theory of aeronautics, motor building and repairing, wing building and welding. The department has six planes.
