MRS. SMALL-FORD'S DENIAL.—Mrs. Loretta Small-Ford called at one of the newspaper offices in Richmond on Tuesday and made the following statement with reference to the publication that she was seeking a reconciliation with her husband, Stewart H. Ford, the parties being both plaintiffs and defendants in divorce proceedings now in the Law and Equity Court of that city: "I emphatically deny that any overtures have been made by me to bring about a reconciliation and the withdrawal of my proceedings against my husband for divorce.
