Yesterday arrived Capt. George Montague, express in six weeks from England, by whom we are informed that Admiral Don Langara, with his most Catholick Majesty's late ships the Phenix of eighty guns, and four other men of war of that nation, of seventy four guns each (glorious trophies gained by our Admiral Sir George Rodney, on his late expedition to Gibraltar) were triumphantly conducted by Sir John Lockhart Ross, and (thus realized and annexed to the British line of battle) securely moored in the harbour of Portsmouth, amidst the joys and plaudits of myriads of delighted spectators.
