The accounts from the North are still pacific, and it is still believed there will be no war, because it appears to be pacific.
Vienna, June 2.
We are well satisfied here with the accounts received from St. Petersburg. The Emperor of Russia has agreed to all as arranged.--M. de Tatischeff will come to make verbal communications. The affair with Turkey may be regarded as made our cabinet. The period will then be fixed for an interview of the Sovereigns to take place about the end of September, in a town of Italy subject to Austria.
