BOSTON.-The official returns for the current year, gives 9726 rateable inhabitants in Boston, which number by the constitution of Massachusetts entitles them to send 43 members to their house of representatives. The whole number elected to serve in the house of Representatives of Massachusetts this year will probably be from 650 to 700. The assistant assessors of Boston have made return, that there are in that town five thousand four hundred and fifty three persons liable to take the Small Pox!!!
