LATEST FROM BRAZILS.
The following information was received by captain Taylor, of the schr. Expert arrived here yesterday, in 37 days from Rio Janeiro :
'No official news of importance from River of Plate had reached Rio Janeiro to some time. The latest accounts were to November 20. Private letters stated that the inhabitants of Chili had imitated those of Buenos Ayres in electing a junta.
The troops of the latter had arrived at Jujuy and were received with open arms.
The governor of Paraguay, who was marching to Sir F. had returned to his government to assist him. No doubt was entertained, finding the inhabitants very little inclined. A small naval force from Montevideo obtained of the ultimate success of the lunwyisgt [unclear] it post; but it had again for a few days, when several American had rushed the blockade of Buenos Aires rdmd, with grim determination to exclude all vessels except British; those un acangenrrnt made with admiral De Courcy bertanfegb-iug permitted to enter, by an ep, of dh. Foudroyant of 74.'
