The King has been pleased to grant unto the Right Hon. Thomas Earl of Malton the Dignity of a Marquis of the Kingdom of Great Britain, by the Name, Style and Title of Marquis of Rockingham, in the County of Northampton.
Several Promotions are again talk'd of, which we hear will take Place after the Arrival of the Earl of Chesterfield from Ireland.
