We hear the Right Hon. Sir Wm. Yonge, Bart. His Majesty's Secretary at War, will be appointed Paymaster General of the Land Forces. That Wm. Pitt, Esq; lately appointed Vice Treasurer of Ireland, will be appointed Secretary at War. And, That Henry Fox, Esq;. one of the Lords of the Treasury. will be appointed Vice Treasurer, in his Room.

The King has been pleased to grant unto the Right Hon. Thomas Earl of Malton the Dignity of a Marquis of the Kingdom of Great Britain, by the Name, Style and Title of Marquis of Rockingham, in the County of Northampton.

Several Promotions are again talk'd of, which we hear will take Place after the Arrival of the Earl of Chesterfield from Ireland.
