Las Vegas Sanitarium Bids.

Ground is to be broken at once and the work started on the Sisters' new sanitarium and hospital, just north of this city. H. W. Krug & Co., of Trinidad, are the successful bidders, at $20,760.

The following are the bids of the different contractors: Halleck-Howard Lumber Co., of Denver, by W. B. Towers, $25,987; John Hill, East Las Vegas, $22,750; Vincent Kelly, of Leavenworth, Kas. $21,900; H. W. Krug & Co., $20,760; Smith & Mair, Las Vegas, all but masonry, $15,550; H. W. Krug & Co., all but masonry, $12,896; John Hill, all but masonry, $14,550; Digneo Bros., Santa Fe, pressed brick and stone work, $8,800; M. J. Cavanaugh, Las Vegas, brick, stone and plaster work, $10,534; W. G. Rupp, Las Vegas, masonry, $7,860. -Las Vegas Optic.
