TWO CARS CRASH ON PROVIDENCE STREET

Two cars crashed together last Friday evening at the intersection of Providence and Marshall street but no one was injured and the cars were not badly damaged.

A car driven by Louis Brillon of Main street started out of Marshall street just as a car driven by Fred L. Foley of Providence came down Providence street headed in an easterly direction. Foley thought that Brillon was going to continue on across Providence street and did not slacken his speed. A third car going westerly on Providence street, prevented this. Brillon was forced to turn onto Providence street. The Foley car struck the other car and ripped off the fenders and dented the body. Damage to both cars was estimated at $100.
