3-Act Farce to Be Played at Washington Hall, Friday, March 3
Twelve Senior class members of Carbon County High school will appear in the annual Senior class play at Washington Hall, Friday, March 3. Miss Dagney Hassell, class advisor, has charge of direction. "Oh, Professor," a three-act farce by Katherine Kavanaugh, centers about college activities. The scenes are enacted in a study hall in the summer school of the Brixton Academy for young ladies.
Participants in "Oh, Professor" will be James Gullard as Jake, school janitor; Blaine Mann as Dean Aristotle; Minnie Sue Tooley as the dean's assistant, Miss Frederica; Kenneth McDaniel as Michael Pemberton; Mae Owen as Patricia Patterson, both of whom are returning from Paris; Raymond Lindquist as Professor Percival Courtwright, in need of fun; Gerald Peterson as Jimmy Anderson, in need of a friend; Rose Salona as Mlle. Fifi, belonging to Paris; Verne Stumpff as Fluff; Helen Lumley as Bertha; Linda Yrjana as Jean, and Elsie Luoma as Belle, academy students.
