The Torrington Man of War, who lately arriv'd at Woolwich from Lisbon, but last from Helvoetsluys, has on board 10 Men and a Boy, which were brought by the Diamond Man of War from Newfoundland, and put on board the Torrington at Lisbon, in order to be try'd at a High Court of Admiralty for divers Offences committed on the High Seas. Five of the above are Frenchmen, and are charg'd with murdering their Captain, Mate, and 2 Men, and afterwards running away with the Ship. The Boy is the principal Evidence against them; and yesterday they were brought from Woolwich under a strong Guard to the Marshalsea Prison, Southwark.
