Dartmouth College. A correspondent of the Boston Journal, referring to this institution, says: "The aged President, apparently in good health, opened the College this morning by leading the religious exercises in a manner characterized by an appropriateness, volubility and impressiveness peculiarly his own. It is said seventy-one are already admitted to the Freshman class, and twelve to the Sophomore class. The medical class which has now been in attendance upon lectures here some weeks, number between forty and fifty."
