A new residence, to be placed on the market for sale as soon as it is completed, is being erected by C. C. Crenshaw in Esplendor Heights, just east of the new Hotel Esplendor. Construction work is to be finished in about six weeks. The house will have five rooms, bath, electric lights, city water and will be modern throughout. Construction material being used is adobe and stucco. E. L. Yeager is the contractor. It will be an ideal place for anyone desiring to open a chicken ranch. On the premises are a chicken barn, garage, grape vines and a garden.
