New York, July 26.

The ship Logan, capt. Muir, arrived at this port last evening from Nantes. She left there on the 14th inst. and brings Paris papers to the 10th. From one of that date we have translated the following statement of the result of the proceedings of the criminal tribunal with respect to the persons implicated in the late Conspiracy against Bonaparte.

COURT of CRIMINAL JUSTICE.

Bulletin of the proceedings of the court of Criminal and special justice, against Georges, Moreau, and others, 15th sitting, June 10, at 4 o'clock in the morning.

The court of Criminal Justice, after 29 hours deliberation, have returned a decree, which condemns to the punishment of death.

Georges Cadoudal, Bouvet de Lizier, Ruillon, Rochelle, Armand Polignac, d'Hozier de Riviere, Louis Ducorps, Picot, Lanjolais, Groller St. Victor, Devillle, Armand Gaillard, Joyaut, Buban, Lemaicier, Lelan, Gaudais, Merille, Roger.

To two years imprisonment: General Moreau, Jules Polignac, Lafont, Huzay.

Acquitted: Victor Duchesne, David Herve, Lenoble, Rubin-Lagrennais, Noel Ducorps, Daty, Even, Troche, Father, Troche the son, Monnier and his wife, Derand and his wife, Verdet, Spin, Dubuisson and his wife, Garons Gallais, and his wife.

Derand and his wife, Dubuisson and his wife and Verdet are remanded to the secret tribunal.
