To the Citizens of Kentucky.

It is reported that Edmund Bullock Esq. of Fayette, is a candidate for the office of Lieutenant Governor, at the ensuing election.

We are authorised to inform the public, as the Palladium, that his excellency Governor Garrard offers his services to the citizens of the Northern District, as an elector to choose a President and Vice-president of the United States.

John Hall, Sen. of Scott county, is also a candidate for an elector, to choose a President and Vice-president of the United States.
