To Be Crowned Queen At Junior Prom

Adobe King And Queen Elected;
Coronation Set For December 21

Last week the students of Nogales High School held an election for their Adobe Queen and King. Without notice or time, Harriette Capin, one of the prettiest girls in school, was elected Queen by a unanimous vote. She is a Junior in school and very active in social affairs.
Gaston Bachelier who is a Senior this year in school, was elected King. He is very popular among his schoolmates and very much in the thick of affairs. At the present time he is at St. Joseph's Hospital as a result of a football injury in the Coolidge game.
Their court was elected as the following: Misses Lorraine Karam, Pat Koehne, Mary Stevens, Betty Ann Bertelson, and Sally Bailey.
The boys who rated the highest esteem were Robert Lopez, Robert Pierson, Ernest Valencia, Egbert Firkins, and Johnny Logan.
The coronation will take place at the Junior Prom which will be held December 21st at the Montezuma Ballroom. Immediately after the coronation the King and Queen will lead the Grand March.
