PITTSBURG, Kansas, July 24.-
Students of Kansas State Teachers college threatened revolt today following the removal of Professor John G. Scott, confirmed evolutionist, from his citizenship class.

Prof. Scott was removed by President W. A. Brandenburg, who refused to comment and was supplanted by Prof. G. C. Trout, former Baptist minister.

…I tried to make the study of citizenship one of life,' Scott said. Incidentally, I touched on evolution as a basis for studying the evolution of society.
