STATEMENT of the VOTES for FEDERAL REPRESENTATIVES in MAINE.

FIRST EASTERN DISTRICT.

Total votes 1455.

Hon. SILAS LEE had 867, and is chosen.

Residue for Messrs. Dearborn 479, Dummer 96, Rice, Neal, and Sewall.

SECOND EASTERN DISTRICT.

Total votes 1246. Hon. PELEG WADSWORTH had 807, and is chosen. Residue for Messrs. Turner, Longfellow, M'Lellan, Wetgery, Russell, Ilsley and Thatcher.

THIRD EASTERN DISTRICT.

Total votes 1214.

Hon. GEORGE THATCHER had 772, and is chosen.

The residue for Messrs. Vandepoel, Tucker, Clark and Cutts.
