NEWPORT, May 13.

The Regiment ordered to be raised by this Government, to consist of One Thousand Men, is complete. Some have already embarked, and the Transports are taking the Remainder on Board.

A large Sloop, taken by Capt. Sweet, in a Privateer Brig from this Port, is just come to an Anchor in our Road.
