Durham People on the Move and Visitors in the City.
Mr. T. C. Goodson is visiting his brother at Danville, Va.
Mr. R. W. Clay, of Clay, is spending the day in Durham.
Mr. Edward Alston, of Henderson, was a Durham visitor to-day.
Rev. J. H. Lambeth, of Roxboro, is stopping at the Claiborn.
Mr. L. A. Coulter, general secretary of the Y. M. C. A., is in the city.
Mr. J. H. Sneed left yesterday afternoon for a visit to friends at Chapel Hill.
Prof. E. S. Sheppe is back from Staunton, Va., where he was called by the illness of his mother, who died last week.
Mr. W. H. Osborn left last night for Greensboro where he will spend the next few days watching the progress of the Keeley institute.
Col. E. A. Heartt, who has been recuperating at Occoneechee for the past ten days, is in town to-day looking greatly improved and well on the way to permanent recovery. The indications are that Occoneechee as a health resort is a winner and Col. Robert Carr as host a howling success.
