Full Text

To Correspondents—'G.' in our next.

We have received a communication which was intended as a reply to a piece signed 'Justice,' in the Watchman of Friday last. In giving a place to that writer, we offered the Managers of the St. Peter's Church Lottery the use of our columns 'as a medium through which to make public the reasons why the prizes' in that Lottery 'have not been paid.' The reply is anonymous, and therefore cannot appear. No communication in answer to 'Justice' will be inserted, unless authenticated by the signatures of the Managers.

The communications from 'Malcolm' will shortly appear.
